Vegan Personal Chef Services
Enjoy homemade meals without the hassle of menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning up! Whether you’re already vegan, or would like to incorporate more vegan foods into your diet, I’m happy to offer personal chef services to suit your individual needs. Whether you prefer simple family fare, or visually stunning, gourmet dinners, we’ll work together to create menus that reflect your personal palate, dining style and dietary preferences. My seasonally-driven vegan menus are always crafted using organic, local (when possible) and minimally processed ingredients. Other services offered as part of my personal chef services include pre/postnatal food preparation, boutique in-home catering, and custom cleanse/detox programs.
Vegan Recipe Development and Consulting
I provide vegan recipe development services for publications, media outlets, corporations, and authors. My recipes have appeared in publications such as Food52, Vogue, New York Magazine, Well + Good, VegNews, Yoga Journal, and others. Additionally, I provide consulting for restaurants and food companies and have recently worked with brands such as by CHLOE.,Crazy Sexy Wellness (Kris Carr), 22 Days Nutrition, and Nuts.com.

In these intimate instructional cooking classes, I’ll come to your home and demonstrate several delicious recipes for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Choose from menus that range from quick, every day dinners to elegant entertaining spreads that are sure to impress.
Vegan Health Coaching
Do you want to cut animal products out of your diet but aren’t sure where to begin? Do you ever think, “I could be vegan, but could never give up cheese?” Let me coach you through your journey toward a healthy and joyful vegan). I’ll assist you in gradually replacing meat and dairy products with satisfying, minimally processed plant-based alternatives so that you can start experiencing improved energy, clearer skin, weight loss, and overall better health right away. You’ll learn how to navigate the supermarket and decode labels, as well as how to order vegan meals at any restaurant. We’ll discuss proper vegan nutrition and which foods contain the highest levels of essential nutrients. You will receive simple vegan recipes to make at home that your whole family (vegan or not!) will enjoy. I can customize our sessions to address your most pressing concerns and questions, making your journey to health as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Stocking a Natural Foods Pantry
The path to health starts with your pantry. I can help you replace foods that may be harmful to your health with nourishing ingredients that will make cooking wholesome meals easier than ever. We’ll go to your local grocery store and navigate the aisles in order to find the best foods available. I’ll help you read through labels and answer your questions so you have a thorough understanding of why different ingredients have certain effects on our bodies and overall health. I’ll show you which foods and products I personally purchase regularly to make delicious, healthy meals at home. When we return home, I will give you storage and cooking tips and assist you in organizing your newly stocked Natural Foods Pantry. I can also help you to organize and obtain proper cooking equipment that you will need in order to cook delicious, healthy meals at home. We’ll focus on high quality, multi-purpose kitchenware that you will come to depend on to make your favorite foods.
